KEVMAR Plastics exists to solve manufacturing problems. We help customers source components they can’t get, improve designs that don’t work, develop ideas that aren’t products yet, and produce what they need repeatedly and commercially.
That work spans replacement parts, redesigns, new product development and repeatable manufacture — the same four pathways the rest of this site is built around. What ties them together is the way we approach them: manufacturing capability brought together with product-development and commercial thinking, because successful products require more than machines.

The real value isn’t in any single process — it’s in knowing which one to use, and how to combine them when a problem demands it. A housing might be vacuum formed, trimmed on the CNC router, then mounted to a steel frame. That judgement comes from experience, not from a machine catalogue.
