When an idea still needs to become something manufacturable.
For customers with an idea, a problem, or an early-stage product that hasn't yet reached production. We take it from concept through discussion, design thinking, prototyping, manufacturing method, costing and commercial production.
From problem or idea to commercial product — one stage at a time.
Discussion
We start with your idea, problem or early-stage concept — and ask the hard questions early.
Design Thinking
We challenge the concept against manufacturability, cost, application and market demand before committing to a direction.
Prototype Development
We build and iterate prototypes until the concept becomes a physical, testable thing.
Manufacturing Method
We select the process that fits the product, the volume and the commercial reality.
Costing
We work out what it actually costs to make — honestly, including tooling and setup.
Commercial Production
We move from prototype to repeatable, commercial manufacture.
Most products fail because no one asked the hard questions early enough.
That's what the Factory Wall Bar is for. We'd rather challenge an idea at the start than discover it doesn't work after tooling has been cut.

Brutalè — From Food Waste Cost to Recoverable Value
KEVMAR developed Brutalè as a cost-effective local alternative to imported food-waste macerators. While the immediate benefit was cleaner and more practical food-waste handling in commercial kitchens, the broader opportunity emerged in what processed waste could become: a more controlled output that may support composting, worm farming and other recovery opportunities, with some applications potentially extending into animal-feed pathways subject to the necessary legal, hygiene and processing requirements.

KEVMAR developed a removable camper system that adds sleeping, storage and cooking functionality to people carriers and panel vans without requiring a permanent vehicle conversion.

ORAFOL — Reusable Event Furniture
KEVMAR developed reusable branded event furniture for ORAFOL so the investment could move away from repeatedly rebuilding custom exhibition stands and into physical display assets designed to be transported, reused and integrated into shell-scheme exhibition spaces.
