Patchend Family — Repeatable Components for Catering Equipment
KEVMAR manufactures a family of vacuum-formed patchend components for commercial deli and Bain Marie equipment, providing a repeatable local component for production and replacement use.

The Problem
Catering-equipment manufacturers and repairers need shaped end and side components that fit the finished equipment consistently and can be supplied repeatedly as part of ongoing production or replacement work.
The Constraint
The components must match the equipment geometry, provide a clean finished appearance and be reproducible across the relevant equipment family.
The Thinking
The component was treated as part of the finished equipment, not as an isolated plastic panel. The forming geometry, trim line, mounting points and final fit all had to work together so the part could be repeated reliably.
The Solution
A locally manufactured family of vacuum-formed patchend components developed around the geometry of deli fridges and Bain Marie stands.
How It Was Manufactured
Vacuum-formed plastic components, trimmed and drilled to the required final profile for the relevant equipment variant.
The Result
A repeatable local component family that supports ongoing catering-equipment manufacture and replacement without turning the customer’s finished product into a one-off fabrication exercise.
